Graves and second winds

How Larpsium tracks coins that fade, die, go quiet, or trade again, and who is buying when they do.

Graves follows every Elysium coin that mattered (10 or more holders, or 25 or more trades) through its life. Most launches are tests that never trade, so they are left out. States describe trading activity, never intent, and are not advice.

States (rule lifecycle-v1)

  • Alive: traded in the last day, with 24-hour volume at 5% or more of its peak 24-hour volume.
  • Ailing: no trade for a day, or 24-hour volume under 5% of its peak.
  • Dead: ailing for 7 days (faded away), or no trade for 30 days (abandoned).
  • Second wind: trading again, with at least 1 HYPE, after 3 or more quiet days or after dying. Listed for 24 hours.
  • Revived: a second wind whose 24-hour volume reaches 25% of its old peak.

The thresholds are adapted from Elygy's lifecycle rules. Peaks come from ELYXA's hourly price candles for the coin's deepest HYPE pool (the largest 24-hour volume and the highest price); last trades, volumes, liquidity and holders from ELYXA's pool feed.

No volume for 3, 7, 14 or 30 days

Four lists of coins with no trade on any of their pools for that long. A coin can be in several at once. The chain is young, so the longer lists fill up over time.

Who is buying a second wind

Dead coins are often revived by their own deployer to sell into new buyers. So for each second wind, Larpsium reads the coin's transfers since it woke (up to 6 hours), takes the wallets that received it from one of its pools as buyers, traces the first HYPE funder of the 15 largest, and links them with the same rules as the holder clusters. The read (rule revival-read-v1) is one of:

  • Organic buyers: many buyers, no dominant linked group.
  • Staged: the deployer or wallets it funded bought 30% or more of what was bought, or one linked group bought 50% or more.
  • Thin: fewer than 5 buyers.

Each second-wind coin also gets an ordinary public Larpsium test, so its story and holders are read too. A second wind is a signal to look closer, not a reason to buy.

Where else it shows

  • Token reports have a Lifecycle line, with how the deployer's other tracked coins are doing.
  • The launchpad rankings and launchpad reports show Still trading: of the launchpad's tracked coins at least 3 days old, the share alive or with a second wind.

Updates

Active coins are updated every 30 minutes from the same feed read as the launchpad rankings; a full census every 6 hours finds the coins that went quiet; peaks are refreshed from candles for up to 20 coins per pass. GET /api/graves?tab=wind|ailing|dead|3d|7d|14d|30d&lp=<launchpad> returns the list as JSON.
