Troubleshooting
When the bot is quiet or a result is partial.
- No answer to a mention: use
/check@LarpsiumBot, or ask an admin to remove and re-add the bot (see Getting started). - No answer at all in a group: an admin may have paused it (
/status), or the bot cannot post there. - Partial result: a source or the chain could not be read in time. The answer lists what is missing; Refresh tries again.
- Insufficient coverage: the holder ledger did not reconcile (often a rebasing or fee-on-transfer token), a reader did not answer, or the token has more history than one check reads. The reason is shown; Refresh tries again.
- "Identity not confirmed": the network's reader did not prove the expected chain, so no chain evidence was used.
- Report link says revoked or expired: press Report on the answer again for a fresh link.
